Users can register for the Bmove service by entering all the required information. Registration is confirmed in the activation email you receive.
What are the payment options for the Bmove service and who can I contact if I have payment problems?
Pay for the Bmove services with credit and debit cards or from your prepaid user account. In case of payment problems, in case of payment from your prepaid user account, contact the card issuer or the Bmove services.
How do I pay for off street parking?
Before exiting the off-street parking lot, you must enter the parking card number in the Bmove mobile application or scan the barcode / QR code on the card and make a payment. After payment, the application will tell you how much time you have to exit the car park. When leaving the parking garage, scan the parking card at the parking barrier and leave the parking garage.
How much time do I have to exit the off street parking center?
Before exiting the off-street parking lot, you must enter the parking card number in the Bmove mobile application or scan the barcode / QR code on the card and make a payment. After payment, the application will tell you how much time you have to exit the car park. When leaving the parking garage, scan the parking card at the parking barrier and leave the parking garage.
What happens if I don't leave the off-street car park within the allotted time (usually 15 minutes) after payment?
You will need to make an additional payment for your existing parking card.
How do I get an authorization and what is an authorization used for?
Authorization is required to validate entered data for the purpose of granting rights to purchase resident parking tickets. The approval is valid for up to 12 months, after which the approval must be repeated.
